FLOWrangler KeyPad Option
FLOWrangler KeyPad gives businesses a choice — with or without a FuelKey, or a combination of both.
- With a FuelKey requirement, management can choose the 1-Touch and/or the 2-Touch Option previously described. The KeyPad Controller display will prompt for additional data to initiate fueling: odometer, engine hours, job number, etc. The transaction time, date and FuelKey ID are automatically captured as part of the fuel record.
- With the keyless option, management’s favorite data-entry personnel (drivers) enter data into the FLOWrangler by using the KeyPad to enter their Employee ID and PIN. The KeyPad Controller display will prompt for additional data to initiate fueling: odometer, engine hours, job number, etc. PIN numbers can be assigned by the customer for its drivers.
The 2-Touch Option is available for FLOWranglers equipped with the KeyPad option, thereby reducing the opportunity for data entry errors associated with manual systems.
Easy to use
- Step 1 – to fuel: driver touches vehicle component probe with his FuelKey, and then touches the control probe with his "loaded" fuel key and manually keys in additional information required by management
- Step 2 – to retrieve data: manager touches FLOWrangler probe with RetrieverKey
- Step 3 – to transfer data into computer: touch Key Reader
with RetreiverKey
- Step 4 – to create reports: open data with Excel® or other popular business management software (i.e., Dossier)
